Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a traceable courier service. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, mobile payment) or store credit, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective, wrong product delivered).
We allow exchanges for items of a different size, color, or model (subject to availability). To exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns.

Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our courier’s website
Status Updates: EYou can also log in to your Market HQ account to view the current status of your order and any shipping updates
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, they may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or pick-up location.
Missed Deliveries: In case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier service directly or our customer service team for assistance in rescheduling.
Proof of Delivery: To ensure secure delivery, our courier may request a signature upon receipt.
Incorrect Address: Ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Market HQ is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details
Unreachable Customer: If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
